ECOMONDO 2025

From 4th to 7th November 2025, BioFibreLoop was presented at ECOMONDO – ITALIAN EXHIBITION GROUP in Rimini, Europe’s leading event for ecological transition and the circular economy. Carlotta D’Aleo from our partner Next Technology Tecnotessile introduced the project during a dedicated talk, attracting strong interest from attendees.
Visitors were particularly impressed by our sustainable approach:

  • Starting from bio-based raw materials
  • Avoiding hazardous substances
  • Applying comprehensive sustainability assessments (environmental, social, economic)

Discussions also highlighted our use of digital tools to optimize production and proactive end-of-life strategies. The fact that BioFibreLoop is already exploring potential industrial applications was seen as a clear sign of our commitment to delivering tangible impact in today’s market.
This positive feedback confirms the relevance of our work and the growing demand for sustainable, circular solutions in the textile sector.
